Exceptional staff service

We had an amazing stay exploring London! The hotel is perfectly located. we breezed over to Buckingham Palace, and even stopped by the National Gallery and Piccadilly Circus—all in a day's walk. The service was stellar too, especially thanks to Emmanuel's friendly greetings and the lovely fresh scones at breakfast.

My kids wished for a family-friendly pool area. A little splash zone would have made it perfect for them.

we had the best time stayin at sofitel london st james! the location was perfect for walkin around all the main sights. the staff were super friendly and made it feel special for our fam, even givin our kid a cute teddy bear. every night they brought us tea which was such a nice touch and he loved it! overall, it was a really amazin experience and we’ll def come back next time we're in london.

only downside was that the room was a bit hot sometimes, and it was kinda hard to get extra towels when we asked. otherwise, it was great!
